By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. AshvenX Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates this website from Canada.

An informational website describing our company and our products. The descriptions here are marketing material about a product in beta: features change, and nothing on these pages is a contractual commitment that a particular capability exists, works in a particular way, or will continue to.

Nothing on this website is professional advice — accounting, tax, legal or otherwise — and nothing here creates an offer capable of acceptance or a professional relationship between us.

Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the contact form — it reaches us as ordinary email. Do not send documents containing other people’s personal data.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose, with no obligation of confidentiality, attribution or payment. Feedback is not your confidential information.

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else’s email address, through either form
• scrape, crawl or harvest this site beyond ordinary indexing, or submit forms by automated means
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation
• use this site to send spam or unlawful content

The content, design, text, graphics and logos on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our permission.

Third-party names and marks referred to on this site — including Google, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe and Microsoft — belong to their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive. Reference to them does not imply that they endorse us.

Where we link elsewhere, including to the DocOS AI application, we are not responsible for the content or practices of the destination. Links are not endorsements.

This website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with this website is limited to CAD $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and if you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.

Your use of DocOS AI — accounts, uploads, extraction, documents it composes for you, exports, credits and billing — is governed by the DocOS AI Terms of Service, which are versioned and which you accept when you register. Where those terms and these differ, those terms govern the service.
