Browsing this website collects nothing about you personally. We do not run analytics, advertising or session-recording tools, so nothing on these pages reports your visit to another company.

One form collects information, and only if you submit it:

• The contact form. Your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — your company, the subject you selected, and your message.

Signing up for DocOS AI happens in the application, not on this website, and is covered by the DocOS AI Privacy Policy.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you. Submitting the contact form also runs an anti-spam check — see the Cookie Policy for what that involves.

Contact form: to read your message and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add contact form senders to any mailing list.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Vercel hosts this website (United States). Google Cloud Platform runs the service that receives both forms (United States). Resend delivers the email that a form submission generates (United States). Cloudflare runs the anti-spam check on the contact form, and for that receives your IP address and basic browser characteristics — not your name, email or message. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by email and are not stored in a database.

AshvenX Technologies Inc. is a Canadian company, so if you are outside the United States your information is transferred there to be processed. Where required we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the equivalent UK addendum, in our agreements with those providers.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case we will say so here before it takes effect.

Contact form messages live in our email inbox and are kept as ordinary business correspondence.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Canadian users have these rights under PIPEDA, users in the EEA and UK under the GDPR, and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them.

You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Everything above is about this website. Documents you upload to DocOS AI, the records extracted from them, and everything else about your account are governed by the DocOS AI Privacy Policy, which is versioned and which you accept when you create an account. That document names every sub-processor that touches your documents, including the AI model provider that reads them.

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. If a change is significant — for example if we start using analytics — we will say so on the page rather than letting you discover it.
