This page covers ashvenx.com, our marketing website. The DocOS AI service has its own versioned Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept when you create an account and which are the ones that govern your use of the product.

1. What we actually set

Nothing that identifies you. Browsing ashvenx.com does not place an analytics, advertising, personalisation or session-recording cookie in your browser, and no third party receives a report of your visit.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may set a strictly necessary cookie to route requests correctly or to protect the site from abuse. These are required for the site to be served, carry no profile of you, and are exempt from consent requirements for that reason.

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that confirms a form submission comes from a person. It is the only third-party request this website makes, it runs on that page only, and it was chosen over Google reCAPTCHA precisely because it does not use advertising cookies or profile you across sites. To run the check, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser characteristics; it does not receive your name, your email address or the text of your message. Any storage it sets is strictly necessary for fraud prevention and is consent-exempt on that basis.

2. What we do not do

No Google Analytics or any other product analytics
No advertising or retargeting pixels
No social media tracking pixels
No session recording or heatmap tools
No cross-site tracking, and nothing sold to data brokers

3. Controlling cookies anyway

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working, but nothing you lose is a feature you would miss.

4. The DocOS AI application

The application is a different matter, though not by much: it sets essential sign-in cookies and uses browser localStorage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Those are set when you sign in, not before. It runs no third-party analytics either. See the DocOS AI Privacy Policy for the full statement.

5. If this changes

If we introduce analytics, we will update this page before switching anything on, and where consent is required we will ask for it first. Two commitments will not change: we will never send the contents of your documents to an analytics provider, and we will not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
